Abstract
This document applied to lots 22,23 of Lucas Addition in Kennewick, Washington. James Lucas and Alice Lucas were the grantors when the deed was filed and William A. Schroeder and Ella Schroeder the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Said premises shall not be used or occupied except for residence purposes nor by any person or persons other than the Caucasian race.
