Abstract
This document applied to lot 5 of block 2 of Hover's Fountain in Kennewick, Washington. Edward Fredrick Anacker and Nellie A. Anacker were the grantors when the deed was filed and William Stuart McDougall and Marjorie Hill McDougall the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
This property shall be occupied only by members of the Caucasian race.
