Abstract
This document applied to lot 9 of Hoverson's Plat in Kennewick, Washington. Donald E. Hoverson and Ethel Vivian Hoverson were the grantors when the deed was filed and William F. Hale and Hattie M. Hale the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
