Abstract
This document applied to lot 42 of Bridge Acres in Kennewick, Washington. F.E. Koeppen and Delice Koeppen were the grantors when the deed was filed and John A. Sells and Eileen M. Sells the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
This property shall be occupied only by members of the Caucasian [sic] race.
