Abstract
This document applied to lot 51 of Bridge Acres in Kennewick, Washington. F.E. Koeppen and Delice were the grantors when the deed was filed and Gerald R. Langevin the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
This property shall be occupied only by members of the Caucasian [sic] Race.
