Abstract
This document applied to lot 3 oof block 5 of Vista Homes in Kennewick, Washington. Modern Home Builders, Inc. were the grantors when the deed was filed and Robert Bender and Velma Bender the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
10. No persons of any race other than the White or Caucasian Race shall or occupy any building or lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent by domestic servants domiciled with an owner or tenant.
