Abstract
This document applied to lot 22 of Lampson Homesites in Kennewick, Washington. Bruce Lampson and Alice Lampson were the grantors when the deed was filed and Geo. S. Phillips and Monica Phillips the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
This property shall be occupied by members of the Caucasian race.
