Description
A group of jumpers surround a tank trunk and listening to instruction given by a Siskiyou National Forest ranger. The jumpers are holding parts of the tank truck. Individuals have been identified as Mick Swift, Ralph Rhodes, Walt Congleton, Gary Mills, Rick Oliver, Bobby Lowden and Delos Dutton.
