Glenn Smith helps jumper Dick Tuttle mount his main parachute to his back. The emergency parachute is clearly visible in front of his pelvis. The caption on the print reads "Jumper attaching Eagle parachute on back. Emergency chute already strapped on front." This image is a mounted print used for reference by the National Archives.
