Abstract
The work consists of a pair of 3D sculpted art pieces. The first of these works included a set of two glazed ceramic jars. The addition piece is conversely made up of a paper clay built upon wire armature and decorated with washes of gauche paint. Both pieces are nostalgic, whimsical, and kitschy. Referencing illustrative styles and pop culture media.
