The history of the Lloyd family of Waitsburg, Washington, who settled in the area in the mid-1800s.Reimers served as principal at a Waitsburg elementary school when he wrote the narrative.

It was collected by C.S. Kingston for addition to the Eastern Libraries in 1951.
