Abstract
This document applied all lots on 12 blocks of Second Addition to Airway Heights in Spokane County. Rocket Investment Company Inc. was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
Subject to encumbrances of record and the following agreement that this covenant is made and accepted upon the condition that no race of nationality other than the white race shall use of occupy any building on any lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of a different race or nationality employed by an owner or tenant..
