Abstract
This document applied to lots, 3,4,17,29, and 35 of Lampson Homesites in Kennewick, Washington. Bruce Lampson and Alice Lampson were the grantors when the deed was filed and W.F. Vetter and Eleanor Vetter, John D. Smith, Kenneth D. Sebade, and Jack Dunn and Gertrude Dunn the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
