Abstract
This document applied to lot 24 of block 2 of Anderson Addition in Kennewick, Washington. Arbor Homes, Inc. were the grantors when the deed was filed and Ladly I. Husted and Edith B. Husted the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
This property shall be occupied only by members of the Caucasian race.
