Abstract
This document applied to lot 9 of block 3 of Kennewick Heights in Kennewick, Washington. Lewis Pryor and Irene Pryor were the grantors when the deed was filed and Ole Johnson and Julia Johnson the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Subjec to restrictions, reservations, conditions and covenants contained in dedication...Vol. 3 of plats, page 48.
