Abstract
This document applied to lots 64,65 of Bridges Acres in Kennewick, Washington. F.E. Koeppen and Delice Koeppen were the grantors when the deed was filed and Ralph B. Leaky and Velma F. Leaky the grantees.

This land may be occupied only by members of the Caucasian race.
