Abstract
This document applied to lot 2 of Bridges Acres in Kennewick, Washington. F.E. Koeppen and Delice Koeppen were the grantors when the deed was filed and Charles A. Huddleston and Elberta S. Huddleston the grantees.

This land may be occupied only by members of the Caucasian race.
