Abstract
This document applied to lot 36 of Lampson Homesites in Kennewick, Washington. Bruce Lampson and Alice Lampson were the grantors when the deed was filed and Otto Cimmer and Anna Cimmer the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
This land may be occupied only by members of the Caucasian race.
