Abstract
This document applied to lot 1 of block 1 of Palmer's Addition in Kennewick, Washington. David Palmer and Stella Rose Palmer were the grantors when the deed was filed and Robert Rosson and Maguerite Rosson the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Subject to all the conditions, covenants, exceptions and reservations of prior instruments...Vol. 3, page 14
