Abstract
This document applied to lot 40 of block 2 of Hamptons Plat in Kennewick, Washington. E.R. O'Hair and Glades O'Hair were the grantors when the deed was filed and Edward O'Hair and Mattie O'Hair the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Subject to all the conditions, covenants, exceptions and reservations of prior instruments...Vol. 3, page 14
