Abstract
This document applied to lot 30 of Giard & Sons' in Kennewick, Washington. Fred W. Giard and Mabel C. Giard, et al. were the grantors when the deed was filed and H.A. Obershaw the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
