Abstract
This document applied to the Tighe Addition in Kennewick, Washington. Aurther Tighe and Betty J. Tighe were the grantors when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
10. No persons of any race other than the White or Caucasian Race shall or occupy any building or any lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servant of a different race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
