Abstract
This document applied to Block 1, lots 1-30, Block 2, lots 1-9. Block 3, lots 1,2,32. Block 4, lots 6-10, 25-29. of Vista Homes in Kennewick, Washington. Harold G. Fyfe and Hazel B. Fyfe were the grantors when the deed was filed and Modern Home Builders, Inc. the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
This property shall be occupied only by members of the Caucasian race.
