Abstract
This document applied to lot 50 of Lampson Homesites in Kennewick, Washington. Lorraine C. Johnson was the grantor when the deed was filed and James C. Herndon and Mary Lou Herndon the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Subject to protective covenant executed by John W. Fox and M. Edith Fox, recorded June 26, 1952, under Auditor's file No. 2911833.
