Abstract
This document applied to lot 5 of block 2 of Prosser Heights in Kennewick, Washington. Modern Home Builders, Inc. were the grantors when the deed was filed and Ralph J. Quinn and Eva Murrel Quinn the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Said premises shall not be used or occupied except for residence purposes nor by any person or persons other than the Caucasian race.
