Abstract
This document applied to Block 2, lots 10-12 , 14-24. Block 3, lots 3-17, 19-30. Block 4, lots 11-18, 20-24 of Vista Homes in Kennewick, Washington. E.J. Brand and Bertha R. Brand were the grantors when the deed was filed and Modern Home Builders, Inc. the grantees.
