Abstract
This document applied to lot 78 of Bridge Acres in Kennewick, Washington. John H. Rector and Myra June Rector were the grantors when the deed was filed and W.J. Day and Daisy P. Day the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Said premises shall not be used or occupied except for residence purposes nor by any person or persons other than the Caucasian race.
