Abstract
This document applied to lot 10 of Lampson Homesites in Kennewick, Washington. Bruce Lampson and Alice Lampson were the grantors when the deed was filed and Kenneth L. Ramsdell and Nellie E. Ramsdell the grantees.

Subject to protective covenants on Giard's Orchard Plat.
