Abstract
This document applied to lots 23,24 of Giard & Sons' plat and lot 21 of Giard's Orchard in Kennewick, Washington. Kenneth E. Giard and Nadene C. Giard were the grantors when the deed was filed and Keith Shahan and Linda Shahan the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Said premises shall not be used or occupied except for residence purposes nor by any person or persons other than the Caucasian race.
