Abstract
This document applied to lot 35 of Lampson Homesites in Kennewick, Washington. Bruce Lampson and Alice Lampson were the grantors when the deed was filed and Jack Dunn and Gertrude M. Dunn the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Subject to restrictions, reservations, conditions, and covenants contained in the dedication. Vol. 3, page 89.
