Abstract
This document applied to lot 22 of Rollison's in Kennewick, Washington. Oscar P. Rollison and Ruth S. Rollison were the grantors when the deed was filed and Paul V. Baker and Bernice P. Baker the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
This land may be occupied only by members of the Caucasian race.
