Abstract
This document applied to lots 7,8 of block 1 of Highland Gardens in Kennewick, Washington. Harley H. Peter and Mildred A. Peter were the grantors when the deed was filed and Le Roy L. Friday and Cleo C. Friday the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
No person or persons other than the Caucasian race shall be permitted to occupy the above described property.
