Abstract
This document applied to Dials' Addition in Kennewick, Washington. E.L and Anna Dial, Jr. was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
H. No person of any race other than white or caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any lot except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants or a different race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
