The department of Engineering and Design existed from academic year 2005-06 through 2019-20. Prior to 2005, engineering programs were part of the Engineering Technology and Multimedia Design department and Department of Technology.

In 2020-21, the Computer Science and Engineering departments merged into one department, and the Design department was established as its own department. See the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering page for materials created beginning in 2020-21.
