Photograph showing a view of Main Street in Cheney, Washington. View is looking west on Main Street form the corner of "D" and Main Streets. The town has electric lights but the streets are still dirt. The turret on the First National Bank of Cheney can be seen in the distance as well as some wagons and horses.
