Abstract
Soar is one of my best pieces of artwork because it focuses on the free-spirited personality of white doves and how it resonates with my own personality. Besides freedom, they are also viewed as a symbol of peace, reconciliation, hope and love. Just like Doves, I disapprove of restrictions that come in my way of pursuing dreams and prevent me from exploring different ways of creating art. Whenever I sight a pigeon, I take a moment to admire and feel their presence. The relaxing sound of their wings when they fly makes me want to fly with them. In this painting, I went for a dark blue background to enhance their breathtaking beauty.
