Obituary
A.B. died February 6, 2001, in St. Anthony, Idaho. He was student body president at Challis H.S. (Idaho) and excelled in football, rodeo and track. A.B. anchored the 4x100 Relay team that held the Idaho state record for more than 25 years. He served a two-year LDS mission in Northern California and attended Ricks College and Weber State in Ogden, Utah. A.B. had been an owner/operator in the trucking industry for over 25 years. He jumped at McCall during the 1966 season. Thanks to Leo Cromwell for finding this obit. We are continually looking for obit information on the smokejumper community. (Ed.)
