Description
This memo was written to help clarify some steps required for Millie (Berglund) Shinn to resign from her position with the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) office in Billings, Montana. Shinn wished to resign from the CAA so she could join the Women's Flying Training Program (WFTP). See the letter from the WFTP letter dated April 23, 1943 for more detail.
