Abstract
This document applied to lot 7 of block 1 of the Rockwood Pines Addition in Spokane County. Carl Stolle was the grantor when the deed was filed and Doris Harvey the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use of occupy any building or any part thereof on said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
