Abstract
This invitation is for a 1987 Black History Month celebration organized by Eastern Washington University's Black Education Program that coincides with the 6th Annual Conference of the National Council for Black Studies. The event includes talks by Brigadier General Raymond McMillan and Dr. Maulana Karenga, and took place at Cavanaugh's Inn at the Park in Spokane.
