Abstract
In Kingston's letter to his mother, he describes his activities in Martigny-les-Bains, France. He describes a tank unit that will head to occupied territory in Germany, a large hospital in the town that cared for some German prisoners of war, the many nationalities from across the French empire that comprise the French army, and the general conditions at the hospital. This letter was sent Martigny- Les-Bains, France.
