Description
Three men stand on top of a partially built section of Grand Coulee Dam. Wood hand rails run along the edge of the section and a temporary bridge connects adjacent sections. The photograph is taken from above and reveals the hollow interior of the section. The trashracks are also visible on the upriver side of the section.
